Designing Organisational Structures for Maximum Performance
Organisations have evolved greatly over time. Executives have been struggling to achieve a dynamic organisational design during this volatile business environment with globalisation, automation and political uncertainty. Often, the task of designing an appropriate organisation rests with Human Resource executives, who have a wider responsibility to engage and retain employees, maximise performance, optimise employee cost and embed the desired culture.
This two-day course will enable the participants from HR and non-HR background to think strategically and familiarise themselves with the elements of organisational structure. Moreover, the participants will learn about which structure to choose according to the corporate strategy and organisational life cycle, while keeping employees engaged and optimise performance.
